Pixolar® uses a unique multi-reflection optical cyclone design that captures and redirects sunlight from all directions. This increases photon absorption and produces over 30% more power per unit area than traditional flat (2D) solar panels.

The technology inventor is Mr. Sonijb Banerjee. Patent numbers including 562412, 381603, 430286, US 12,360,146 B2, and US 11,995,970 B2 are already published in the catalogue. A favourable response has also been received from the World International Patent Organisation. International patents are expected to be granted within 12 months.
Yes, the technology’s electrical performance has been verified by an independent certification authority as of 28/12/2023. The first large-scale production facility is currently in planning, with tube production scheduled to begin by August 2027. Certification processes will utilize commercially produced tubes, which will then be used in real-world applications. Several prominent global projects are already prepared to adopt this technology upon availability.
The license holders will receive full access to all aspects of the production process, including technical know-how, equipment usage, manufacturing protocols, training, operation and maintenance procedures, quality control measures, and storage guidelines for both raw materials and finished products.
Component details are shared after the Technology License Agreement is signed. Most components are standard and similar to those used in 2D solar panels. The 3D solar design does not use glass or aluminium, but instead utilizes a specialized grade of PMMA.
